How to make it

Peel the udon skin thickly and cut into bite-sized pieces. If you are not using it immediately, soak it in vinegar water to prevent discoloration.

Boil water with vinegar added to the pot and boil the udon. Boil for about 5 minutes and pour it in a colander to remove the heat.

Put the seasonings [A] in a bowl and mix with a whisk.

Add the drained udon and mix quickly.

Serve in a bowl and topped with pink pepper if desired.

  • the udon peeled
    100g
  • [A]
    Light soy sauce
    1/2 tbsp
  • sugar
    1/2 tbsp
  • vinegar
    1/2 tbsp
  • Sesame paste
    20g
  • Olive Oil Ardoino Extra Virgin
    1 tablespoon
  • For pink pepper
    Appropriate amount
