Tomato stewed in honey
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes, use a knife to cut them into the surface and place them in boiling water. If you soak it in hot water for a long time, it will burst, so immediately remove it in ice water and peel it off in about 10-20 seconds.
Put water and sugar in a pot and heat it, then when the sugar has dissolved, add the boiled cherry tomatoes and lemon slices. Simmer for about 1-2 minutes, remove from the heat, cool, then put in a bowl to finish.
