Stir-fried mushrooms and pork with miso

Break the mushrooms by hand or cut them into pieces that are easy to eat with a knife. Remove the seeds of the peppers and cut them into shredded pieces, and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Froast the meats in a frying pan, and when they're all soft, add the pork belly.
Once the pork belly has cooked, add the peppers and stir-fry quickly. Add sesame oil and red-kneaded miso to the top and mix it all over.
Remove from the heat and serve in a bowl to complete.
