Stir-fried mushrooms and pork with miso

Split the mushrooms by hand or cut them into bite-sized pieces with a knife. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into thin strips. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces
Dry fry the mushrooms in a frying pan, and when they are softened, add the pork belly
Once the pork belly is cooked through, add the bell peppers and stir fry briefly. When it is done, add the sesame oil and red miso paste and mix well
Remove from the heat and serve in a bowl to complete.
