Stir-fried mushrooms and pork with miso

Rather than frying mushrooms as is, the flavor will be better if you roast them first and then combine them with other ingredients. I used bell peppers this time, but I can also use other vegetables such as eggplant and bean sprouts as well.

How to make it

Break the mushrooms by hand or cut them into pieces that are easy to eat with a knife. Remove the seeds of the peppers and cut them into shredded pieces, and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Froast the meats in a frying pan, and when they're all soft, add the pork belly.

Once the pork belly has cooked, add the peppers and stir-fry quickly. Add sesame oil and red-kneaded miso to the top and mix it all over.

Remove from the heat and serve in a bowl to complete.
