Natto fried

In a small bowl, mix the natto, shredded shiso leaves and flour. Once everything is mixed, add the basic batter and mix further.
Place in fried oil heated to 160°C and divide into 4 equal parts. Fry for about 3 minutes while rolling with chopsticks along the way, then remove it onto a net when the surface has hardened.
While it's hot, sprinkle some salt and serve in a bowl to finish.
