Natto tempura

In a small bowl, mix the natto, shredded shiso leaves, and flour. Once everything is mixed, add the basic batter and mix again
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and place in frying oil heated to 160°C. Fry for about 3 minutes, turning with chopsticks halfway through, and once the surface has hardened, remove to a wire rack
Sprinkle with salt while it's still hot, then serve in a bowl and it's done
