Natto fried

When kakiage, it is a guideline for the fried foods to be fried once the surface has solidified. Since we only use ingredients that can be eaten raw, we can generally use frying times.

How to make it

In a small bowl, mix the natto, shredded shiso leaves and flour. Once everything is mixed, add the basic batter and mix further.

Place in fried oil heated to 160°C and divide into 4 equal parts. Fry for about 3 minutes while rolling with chopsticks along the way, then remove it onto a net when the surface has hardened.

While it's hot, sprinkle some salt and serve in a bowl to finish.
