Bonito with sweet soy sauce sauce
Put the seasonings [A] in a pot and heat them. Add the seasonings from [B] to 1 tablespoon of the simmered for about 10 minutes and use as a sauce.
Cut the bonito into pieces about 8mm thick and arrange them on a plate.
Pour the bonito fillets with a sauce of [1] and topped with a grey-haired green onions if desired.
