Bonito with bean paste sauce
Cut the bonito into dice-shaped pieces about 1-2cm long.
Combine all the ingredients for the bean paste sauce and mix well to make a sauce. Add 2 tablespoons of bean paste sauce to the bonito from [1] and mix it quickly.
Sprinkle drained onion on a plate and place the bonito on top. Topped with chopped green onions if desired and finished.
