Bonito with mayonnaise, bean paste flavor

How to make it

Cut the bonito into dice-shaped pieces about 1-2cm long.

Mix the bean paste sauce (see separate recipe) and mayonnaise to make the sauce.

Place an appropriate amount of ginger, cucumber, and myogata shredded each, and a white-haired green onions on a plate.
