Bonito with mayonnaise, bean paste flavor
Cut the bonito into 1-2cm cubes
Mix the chili bean paste sauce (see separate recipe) and mayonnaise to make the sauce
Place shredded ginger, cucumber, and myoga ginger, along with an appropriate amount of shredded green onions, on a plate
Add the bonito to the sauce in [2] and mix quickly
Arrange the bonito on a plate and it's done
