Bonito with mayonnaise, bean paste flavor
Cut the bonito into dice-shaped pieces about 1-2cm long.
Mix the bean paste sauce (see separate recipe) and mayonnaise to make the sauce.
Place an appropriate amount of ginger, cucumber, and myogata shredded each, and a white-haired green onions on a plate.
Add bonito to the sauce from [2] and mix quickly.
Place the bonito on a plate and it's finished.
