Bonito with mayonnaise, bean paste flavor

By adding mayonnaise to the basic bean paste sauce, the spicy taste of the bean paste becomes milder. It is recommended to eat it with plenty of condiments.

How to make it

Cut the bonito into dice-shaped pieces about 1-2cm long.

Mix the bean paste sauce (see separate recipe) and mayonnaise to make the sauce.

Place an appropriate amount of ginger, cucumber, and myogata shredded each, and a white-haired green onions on a plate.

Add bonito to the sauce from [2] and mix quickly.

Place the bonito on a plate and it's finished.
