Scallops with curry dressing

This dish uses white dressing. White dressing is a basic ingredient, and can be combined with a variety of seasonings for a surprisingly wide range of uses.
Mix a small amount of white dressing and curry powder together before mixing the entire amount to ensure a smooth and even mixture. Boil the scallops until the surface turns whitish in color.

Put curry powder and a small amount of white dressing (about 1 tablespoon) into a bowl and mix. Boil the scallops lightly

Mix the remaining white dressing into step 1

Add boiled scallops and salt to 2 and mix

Place on a plate and sprinkle the sea sashimi.
