Celery miso soup
This dish is made from celery soup arranged into miso soup. It is recommended to combine ingredients with light flavors such as tofu.
How to make it

Put celery soup (see separate recipe) and water in a pot and heat it.

Once the soup stock is boiling, add the diced tofu.

Once the soup stock boils again, turn off the heat and melt the miso through a sardine.

Pour it into a bowl and scatter roughly chopped celery leaves to finish.
