Celery miso soup
Put celery soup (see separate recipe) and water in a pot and bring to a boil
Once the stock is boiling, add the diced tofu
When the stock boils again, turn off the heat and add the miso, straining it through a sieve while dissolving it
Pour into serving bowls and sprinkle with roughly chopped celery leaves to finish
