Okra-filled wonton

How to make it

Remove the calyx and stem from the okra, rub with salt, and briefly boil. Wipe off the water and chop into small pieces

Put the ground meat, whole egg, flour, Happomibijin, and finely chopped okra into a bowl and mix well

Wrap the minced meat filling (3) in the wonton skin

Put the soup ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the wontons and boil for 7-8 minutes

Remove from heat and serve in a serving dish. Top with black pepper to taste

    1 tsp
  • Happo-mibijin (can be used as a substitute with soy sauce + mirin)
    1/2 tbsp

    2 cups
