Bitter melon jelly served with ice cream
This dessert is perfect for summer, with bitter melon jelly and vanilla ice cream on top. The amount of honey you like.
How to make it

Spoon the chilled, hardened bitter melon jelly (see separate recipe) and place in a bowl.

Place softened vanilla ice cream on top of the jelly.

Pour it with any amount of honey you like and it's finished.
