Lamb chop with sansho pepper
Sprinkle salt on the lamb chops and season them. Place the frying pan over high heat and cook the lamb chops.
Once the whole thing is browned, remove it in a bowl. Wrap the bowl in aluminum foil and leave it there, then cook it with the residual heat.
Heat a frying pan with persimmon oil and add the seasonings from [A] to make sansho sauce. Once everything is mixed, remove from the heat.
Pour the lamb chops with the sansho sauce from [3] and topped with chopped broth if desired.
