How to make it

Sprinkle salt on the lamb chops to season them. Place a frying pan over high heat and cook the lamb chops

Once browned all over, remove from the oven and place in a serving dish. Wrap the dish in aluminum foil and leave to cook in the residual heat

Heat a frying pan with fragrant oil and add the seasonings (A) to make the sansho pepper sauce. Once everything is mixed, remove from the heat

Pour the sansho sauce (3) over the lamb chops and top with chopped green onions to taste
