Lamb chop with curry sauce
Sprinkle salt over the lamb chops and cook in a frying pan over high heat. Once the whole thing is browned, remove it on top of kitchen paper.
Put a frying pan with scallion oil over high heat and add the chopped onions and fry. Once the whole thing is clear, chop the garlic, add the curry powder and stir-fry again.
Once everything has blended in, add [A] and boil down. Once the sauce becomes slightly thicker, add the lamb chop from [1] and add the sauce.
Remove from the heat and serve in a bowl. Pour the remaining sauce in a frying pan and finish.
