Lamb fritters with curry flavor
Mix the seasonings in [A] in a bowl to make the batter. To avoid lumps, it is best to add the flour last after mixing the other seasonings
Place the thinly sliced lamb into the batter (1)
Heat the frying oil to about 170°C, add the lamb from [2] and fry. Once the batter has hardened, remove from the pan and place on a paper towel
Turn the heat to high and bring the oil temperature to about 180°C, then add the lamb and fry twice
Once the fried meat has reached the desired color, remove it to a wire rack and serve it on a plate
