Lamb fritters with curry flavor
Put the seasonings [A] in a bowl and mix to make a batter. To avoid any mischief, it is best to mix the flour with other seasonings before adding it at the end.
Place thinly sliced lamb into the batter [1].
Heat the frying oil to about 170°C, add the lamb meat from [2] and fry it. Once the batter is firm, remove it on kitchen paper.
Turn the heat up to high, raise the oil temperature to about 180°C, then add the lamb meat and fry twice.
Once the fried chicken has a moderate amount of fried chicken, take it in a net and serve in a bowl to complete it.
