Abalone and asparagus stir-fried butter
Peel the asparagus and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Remove the abalone from the shell, remove the liver, and then slice the meat into thin slices about 4-5mm thick
Add salad oil to a frying pan, add the abalone, and heat over high heat. Once the oil has coated the pan, add the asparagus
Once the asparagus has softened, add the butter and dark soy sauce, mix, and remove from the heat
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
