White wine sauce
This sauce goes perfectly with horse meat dishes. It is also recommended to use it as a sauce for yakiniku or as a salad dressing.
How to make it

Put the white wine in a pot and heat it over high heat to make it boiled.

Place the garlic in a bag, smash it, and add it to the pot.

Add [A] and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and strain it using a colander lined with a soaking cloth.

Transfer to a container and it's finished.
