Horsetail herb crumbs
Season the horse mackerel with salt and coarsely ground black pepper, then dust with plain flour
Add a moderate amount of olive oil (not included in the recipe) to a frying pan and heat well, then add the horse mackerel skin-side down and fry well on both sides
Arrange the horse mackerel on aluminum foil, top with the prepared ingredients A, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in an oven at 220°C for 7 to 8 minutes
Place on a plate and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
