Horsetail herb crumbs
Add salt and coarsely smeared black pepper to spread the flour.
In a frying pan, add an appropriate amount of olive oil (not included in the amount) and heat well, then add horse mackerel through the skin and cook both sides well.
Arrange the horse mackerel on aluminum foil, place the A you placed on top, pour in olive oil, and bake in a 220-degree oven for 7-8 minutes.
Serve on a plate and pour olive oil (1 tablespoon) and it's finished.
