Horse soup
Use the tendons and bones of the horse meat. Chop it roughly
Put the kelp stock and horse meat into a pot and heat it. Add the roughly chopped fried tofu and simmer for about 5 minutes
Dissolve the miso in the sauce, bring to a boil, then remove from heat
Pour into serving bowls and top with thinly sliced white onions
