Horse juice

For horse meat, we use muscle and slurping parts. Chop it roughly finely.

Put the kelp stock in a pot, put the horse meat and cook it. Add the coarsely chopped fried tofu and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Melt the miso and add it, bring to a boil, and remove from heat.

Pour it into a bowl and topped with thinly sliced white green onions.
