Sweet potatoes with spicy sauce
Cut the sweet potato into 1cm wide slices, and cut the apricot syrup syrup into bite-sized pieces. Boil the snack peas.
Fill a frying pan with plenty of frying oil and pour in the sweet potatoes over medium heat. Fry for about 3-4 minutes and then remove into a net. Once the heat has subsided, transfer it onto kitchen paper and drain the oil further.
Put [A] in a bowl and mix well to avoid any mischief. It will be easier to mix with honey if you combine small amounts at a time.
Add the fried sweet potatoes and apricots in a bowl and mix gently with a spatula.
Serve in a bowl and serve with snack peas to complete.
