Sweet potato zenza
Pour the sweet potatoes in the steamer with their skins until they are soft, then peel them while they are still hot. For toppings, it is a good idea to slice the skinned sweet potatoes into slices and save about 2-3 slices.
Add the sweet potatoes to a blender, add half the amount of milk and stir. Once it's mixed in a certain amount, add the remaining milk and stir further.
