Sweet potato zenza

Sweet potatoes can be lined to give them a smoother texture, but if you want to enjoy the texture, you don't need to sip them on purpose. Pour the sweet potatoes in the steamer with their skins until they are soft, then peel them while they are still hot. For toppings, it is a good idea to slice the skinned sweet potatoes into slices and save about 2-3 slices.
