Miso pickled fried with berry
Put [A] in a bowl and mix, soak the fillets of the liquor and let sit overnight.
Remove the flesh of the chicken on top of the aluminum foil and place the remaining sauce in the bowl.
Bake in an oven heated to 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place in a bowl lined with sachet (if available). Topped with Kinsha flour (see a different recipe) and it's finished.
