Miso pickled fried with berry
Mix [A] in a bowl, add the yellowtail fillets and leave to sit overnight
Place the yellowtail on a sheet of aluminum foil and pour the remaining sauce over it in a bowl
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and place on a plate lined with baran (if available). Top with gold dust powder (see separate recipe) to finish
