Miso pickled fried with berry

Miso burns very easily, so when baking in the oven, try a slightly lower temperature. Once the browning is applied, you can remove it, so it's a good idea to check it out frequently.

How to make it

Put [A] in a bowl and mix, soak the fillets of the liquor and let sit overnight.

Remove the flesh of the chicken on top of the aluminum foil and place the remaining sauce in the bowl.

Bake in an oven heated to 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and place in a bowl lined with sachet (if available). Topped with Kinsha flour (see a different recipe) and it's finished.
