Potato butter caviar
Cut the potatoes into quarters with the skin on, wrap each slice in aluminum foil, arrange them on a tray and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and cut a cross into the aluminum foil
Add your desired amount of unsalted butter, caviar, and top with chopped chives to finish
