Potato butter caviar
Cut the potatoes into 4 equal pieces with the skin and wrap them in 1 slices of aluminum foil. Arrange in a tub, place in an oven heated to 200°C and bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and make a cross cut along with aluminum foil.
Top with any amount of unsalted butter and caviar and topped with chopped clams.
