Italian style of fried rice cakes
Cut the cut rice cakes into 1-2cm square sizes, fry them in frying oil heated to about 160°C for about 3.5 minutes, then take them out onto a net to drain the oil.
Arrange them on a grilled rice cake net and place them on them by pressing them against them.
Pour it with melted butter, place in toaster oven and bake for about 2.5 minutes.
If the surface is lightly browned, you can remove it. Serve in a bowl and pour coarsely black pepper and olive oil to complete.
