Fried soybeans

Soak the soybeans overnight and steam them in a steamer (see separate recipe)
Put the steamed soybeans and chopped mitsuba in a bowl and mix. Add enough flour to lightly coat the whole thing and mix quickly
Add the basic batter and mix. Use enough so that it is thinly distributed over the entire surface
Heat the frying oil to about 170℃, add [3] using a ladle and shape it into the oil, then fry
Fry for about 1.5 minutes, rolling with chopsticks as needed, then remove to a wire rack to drain
Sprinkle with salt while it's still hot, then serve in a bowl and it's done
