Fried soybeans

The soybeans are soaked overnight and steamed in a steamer (see separate recipe).
Add steamed soybeans and chopped tan leaves in a bowl and mix. Add thinly dazzled flour throughout and mix quickly.
Add the basic garnish and mix. The recommended amount is enough to spread thinly throughout.
Heat the frying oil to about 170°C and add the [3] to the top while shaping it to the top and fry it.
Fry for about 1.5 minutes, roll appropriately with chopsticks, then take it out onto a net and drain the oil.
While it's hot, sprinkle some salt and serve in a bowl to complete it.
