Egg and Chinese-style miso sauce

This dish is an adaptation of the miso used for miso pickles. This miso sauce is also delicious as a sauce for other dishes

How to make it

Crack the eggs and beat them, then add the chopped green onions and mix

Heat a frying pan with salad oil over medium heat, and once it is hot enough, pour in the egg mixture from [1]. Stir until soft-cooked, then transfer to a serving dish

Put the ingredients for the miso sauce (except sesame oil) in a separate frying pan and heat. Once it has thickened and becomes a sauce, remove from heat. Finally, add the sesame oil and mix well
