Chinese-style miso bib with eggs
Split the eggs, add the chopped green onions and mix.
Put a frying pan with salad oil over medium heat and when it is warm enough, pour in the egg mixture from [1]. Mix and finish to a semi-cooked state, then remove into a bowl.
Put the miso sauce ingredients (other than sesame oil) in a separate frying pan and heat it. If it's boiling and becomes a sauté, remove it from the heat. Finally add sesame oil and mix everything.
Pour the miso sauce from [3] on top of the egg from [2] and finish it.
