Sauteed beef with mandarin orange flavor
Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized cubes, sprinkle with salt and soy sauce, and rub in with your hands to season
Heat a frying pan over high heat, add the beef and cook it by turning it around. Once it is browned on all sides, add [A] and continue to simmer over high heat
Once it thickens, add the mandarin orange juice, bring to a boil, and drizzle with coarse sesame oil
Remove from heat and serve in a mandarin peel dish. Sprinkle with mandarin furikake, garnish with mandarin oranges and coriander to finish
