Sauteed beef mandarin orange flavor
Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized cubes, pour salt and soy sauce over it to knead it with your hands to season it.
Place the frying pan over high heat and add the beef and cook it by rolling it. Once the entire surface is browned, add [A] and simmer on high heat.
When the mixture becomes thick, add the tangerine juice, bring to a boil and pour in the sesame oil.
Remove from heat and serve in a bowl of tangerine skin. Add sprinkle of mandarin oranges and cilantro to make it.
