Wonton soup with rape flowers

Boil the rape flowers, chop them, wrap them in a paper towel, squeeze them, and then thoroughly remove the water.

Make wonton bean paste. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead them well by hand, and once they've come together, add the rape flowers from [1] and mix them further.

Wrap the bean paste in wonton skin. Fold into a triangle and twist the edges, squeeze them tightly to shape them.

Bring plenty of water to a boil, add the wontons and boil for about 5 minutes.

Put the Chinese soup in another pot, heat it, then add salt to taste. The taste is just a little thicker than the soup. Pour the soup into a bowl and float the wontons.

Place the rape flowers for toppings and it's finished.
