Shrimp and cabbage simmered

Add the torn cabbage, scallion oil and salt in a bowl, mix it, then cover with plastic wrap and rinse in a 500W microwave for about 5 minutes.
Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and fry the seasoned shrimp. Once the whole thing is cooked, remove it.
Put [A] in a frying pan and stir-fry it, and once the aroma comes out, add Chinese soup and boiled scallops.
Season with salt and sugar, add the cabbage from [1] and cover. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and let it soften.
Add some water-soluble potato starch little by little to thicken it. Return the shrimp from [2] to the frying pan and pour in scallion oil to finish off.
Remove from the heat and serve in a bowl and it's ready.
