Golden eyebrows Mizore bowl
Prepare the soup from the smelt bowl (see separate recipes, omitted the steps to bake the scallops that are referenced).
Make a cut into a golden-eyed snapper, sprinkle with salt and steam for about 3-5 minutes.
Transfer the golden-eyed snapper into a bowl.
Pour the juice from [1] and place the boiled rape flowers on top to finish.
