How to make it

Prepare the soup for the mizore soup (see separate recipe, omit the step for grilling the scallops in the original reference)

Make cuts in the alfonsino, sprinkle with salt and steam for 3 to 5 minutes

Transfer the alfonsino to a serving dish

Pour the sauce from [1] over the dish and top with pre-boiled rape blossoms
