Chinese-style roast beef
Sprinkle salt on the beef thigh and rub it in, then place it in a plastic bag with the seasoning ingredients and marinate for about 30 minutes
Remove the beef thighs and sprinkle with black pepper
Place the beef thigh in a heated frying pan and cook. Once browned, remove from the pan and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7-8 minutes
After removing the meat from the oven, wrap it tightly in aluminum foil and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes to cook in the residual heat
Peel off the aluminum foil and slice into 5mm thick slices
Arrange on a plate and garnish with chicory and diced cucumber
