Chinese style roast beef

Sprinkle the beef thighs with salt, rub them in, then place them in a plastic bag with the ingredients for the seasoned sauce, and soak them for about 30 minutes.

Remove the beef thighs and sprinkle them with black pepper.

Put the beef thighs in a heated frying pan and grill them. Once the whole thing is browned, remove it and place in an oven heated to 180°C and bake for about 7-8 minutes.

Remove the meat from the oven and walnut it in aluminum foil and leave it alone for about 10 to 15 minutes and cook it over the remaining heat.

Peel off the aluminum foil and slice it to a thickness of about 5mm.

Arrange it in a bowl and serve with chicory and garnished cucumbers.
