Cut the mushrooms into thin slices about 5mm thick and fry in a frying pan with olive oil
Once the oil has been distributed evenly, add the minced beef cut into bite-sized pieces and continue frying
When the meat starts to change color, add [A] and the torn lettuce
Once the lettuce is cooked through, remove from the heat, arrange in a serving dish and serve
