Mushrooms sukiyaki simmered in sukiyaki
Slice the mushrooms into thin slices about 5mm thick, then put them in a frying pan with olive oil and fry them.
Once the oil has spread throughout, add the beef cut into small pieces, and stir-fry it further.
When the color of the meat changes, add the torn lettuce.
Once the lettuce is cooked quickly, remove it from the heat and serve in a bowl and it's ready.
