Peel the figs and coat them completely in flour
Deep fry the figs in (1) in 180°C oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Once the outside is crispy, drain the oil
Bring the Happomibijin and bonito stock to a boil in a pot, then pour over the figs. Garnish with grated daikon radish and you're done
