Grilled silver cod with sea urchin
Mix the dark soy sauce and mirin in a bowl and marinate the silver cod fillets for about 10 minutes
Once the flavor has soaked into the silver cod, bake it in the toaster
Remove it halfway through cooking and use a brush to apply the juice from step (1) in layers
Once the whole thing is browned, add the raw sea urchin and cook for about 1 minute
