Fried scallops in parsley batter

Chop the parsley finely
Make the basic batter and mix in the chopped parsley
Coat the scallops all over with plain flour, dip them in the batter, and fry in oil heated to 170°C for about 3 minutes
Sprinkle with salt while it's still hot, then serve on a plate and it's done
