Cucumber salmon roe on top

How to make it

Cut the cucumbers into pieces so that they are jagged, sprinkle them with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Place it with the jagged side facing up, then place the salmon roe on top. To finish off, sprinkle some assatsuki.
