Moo Pasta made with ricotta cheese and fresh cream made with yogurt

The handmade ricotta cheese is rich. You can also substitute a commercially available one.
How to make it

Make ricotta cheese. Put A. in a pot and mix well, then heat it over a wooden spatula and stir it, then boil over low heat for about 15 minutes until separated, then rub it with gauze.

Boil the penne.
