Cold white bean soup

Heat the olive oil and garlic, and when the aroma begins to develop, add the thinly sliced onions and fry slowly over low heat. Remove the garlic.
After 5-6 minutes, when the onions are clear, add the white green beans and broth and heat up to high heat.

Once it comes to a boil, lower heat, add the halved prosciutto and simmer for about 30 minutes, removing the scum.
Once the thickened form is ready, remove from the heat, put it in a bowl filled with ice water, and cool it down.

Add the fresh cream and milk and mix.

Strain [5] again.

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper, parsley and olive oil to finish.
