You can also use bacon or roast ham instead. When straining, use a fine sieve to make the mixture smooth.
Heat the olive oil and garlic, and when the aroma comes out, add the thinly sliced onions and fry slowly over low heat. Remove the garlic and set aside
After 5 to 6 minutes, when the onions are translucent, add the white beans and bouillon and turn the heat to high
Once boiling, reduce heat to low, add the halved prosciutto and simmer for about 30 minutes, skimming off any scum
Once it thickens, remove from heat, strain through a fine sieve and place over a bowl of ice water to cool
Add the cream and milk and mix
Strain [5] again
Place in a serving bowl and finish with coarsely ground black pepper, parsley and olive oil
