Melon Granita/Melon Soup
Use well-ripe melons. Put it in the fridge and cool it to make melon soup.
How to make it

Cut the ams melon into 4-5cm squares.

Put [1] together with A in a mixer and stir.

When it's smooth, transfer to a bowl.

Place [3] in the freezer and leave overnight.

Crush it with a fork and place it on a plate, garnish with chervil and melons.
