Marinated peaches

Spumante granita is made by adding syrup to spumante to bring the sugar content to 18%, stirring and freezing it. You can use rosé spumante or add a little red wine to make it a beautiful pink color. Try making the marinade with less sweet peaches

How to make it

Peel the peaches, cut them into 5-7mm wedges, place them in a bowl, add all the seasonings in A and mix well

Finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the bowl in step (1). Marinate for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend

Heat the spoon and knead the vanilla ice cream until it is soft and easy to shape into quenelles
