Potato salad
Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 equal parts, boil them from the water, and when they become soft, discard the water, then heat again, and remove the water.
Transfer to a bowl and season with vinegar, sugar and salt.
Peel the carrots, boil them from water and when they become soft, cut into 1cm cubes.
Slice the cucumbers into slices, add a pinch of salt (not included in the amount), and drain.
Slice the onions, add 10g of salt (not included), and soak in water to drain.
Once the heat from [2] is gone, add [3] to [5], ham and mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper. Finish with parsley.
