Potato salad
Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Boil them in water until soft, then discard the water and return to the heat to evaporate the water
Transfer to a bowl and season with vinegar, sugar and salt
Peel the carrots, boil them in water until soft, then cut them into 1cm cubes
Cut the cucumber into slices, rub with a pinch of salt (not included in the recipe), and drain
Slice the onion, rub with 10g of salt (not included in the recipe), soak in water and drain
Once [2] has cooled, add [3] to [5], the ham, and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley to finish
