When baking, cover with aluminum foil to prevent heat from escaping and to help them bake faster. If you are making them in the oven, coat the surface of the peppers with oil and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Baking peppers makes them sweeter, so they are easier to eat even if you don't like peppers
