Grilled peppers
When baking, cover with aluminum foil to prevent heat from escaping and burning quickly. If you are making it in the oven, oil the surface of the peppers and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Peppers become sweet when grilled, making them easier to eat even if you don't like peppers.
How to make it

Grill the whole pepper over an open flame until the skin is charred.

Cool in cold water and peel.
