Cabbage and sausage pasta
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion and sausage
Boil the spaghetti until it is slightly firm. (Approximately: about 1 minute before the displayed time)
While boiling the spaghetti, put A in a frying pan and heat over high heat, then turn low heat until the garlic is boiling and fry until golden brown.
Add the sausage to 3 and stir fry briefly, then add the onion and stir fry until softened
Next, add the cabbage and stir-fry, then add the spaghetti cooking water (about 50ml) and parsley (1 teaspoon) and simmer
Add the boiled spaghetti to a frying pan, add the spaghetti cooking water (about 50ml), olive oil (1 tablespoon), a little salt, and parsley (1 teaspoon), and stir-fry
Place on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining parsley, salt, and coarsely ground black pepper
