Egg tartare

Egg tartar sauce pairs perfectly with fried foods.
It's incredibly easy to make, simply by mixing hard-boiled eggs with seasonings. The hard-boiled eggs in this recipe are not too hard, but rather moist, so the tartar sauce itself doesn't end up crumbly.
