Tuna Kimchi
Easy side dish made with two ingredients. It goes well with alcohol too.
How to make it

Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces. Chop the kimchi in small portions.

Put the tuna in a bowl, add mirin and soy sauce and lightly toss.

Add the kimchi to [2] and mix it to finish.
