Onion Gratin
Slice the new onions thinly along the fibers. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the cut onions and fry until they are tinted.
Once the onion is candy color, add the soup ingredients and bring to a boil.
Transfer [2] to a small pot or cocotte and place a bite-sized tofu.
Sprinkle generously with cheese, sprinkle it on a burner, and (for cocotte, bake in the oven for about 10 minutes) and brown it and you're done.
