Onion Gratin

Even when you don't have French bread, you can easily make it with tofu. This onion gratin melts softly and has a slurping, slurping flavor in your mouth.

How to make it

Slice the new onions thinly along the fibers. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the cut onions and fry until they are tinted.

  • Large tofu
