Cold wheat with omelet
Boil the cold wheat and rinse with water. Chop the cucumbers into shredded pieces. Combine the ingredients for the sauce.
Add sujata to two eggs and mix well.
Put butter in a frying pan and heat it, then add beaten eggs to make an omelette.
Put the drained cold wheat from [1] in a bowl, and place the cucumbers and omelette on top. From top, pour the sauce and sesame seeds that were added to [1] and finish by pouring chili oil in it.
