Rape blossom salmon rolls
Boil the rape blossoms briefly in salted water and drain well. Combine the "base broth" in a bowl, add the drained rape blossoms and soak for a few minutes
Lightly drain the base of the dashi stock, divide it into 5 equal parts, and place each portion on top of the smoked salmon. Add an appropriate amount of Kinzanji miso and roll it up. Place on a plate and top with more Kinzanji miso to finish
