Rape blossom salmon roll
Quickly boil the rape flowers in salt and drain well. Put the "base sashimi" in a bowl, add the drained rape flowers and soak for a few minutes.
Lightly drain the base simmer, divide it into 5 equal parts and place it on top of smoked salmon. Place an appropriate amount of Kinzanji miso and roll it around. Place it on a plate and topped with Kanzanji miso and it's finished.
