Nasi Goren
[Cook the rice]
Roughly chop the onion, shrimp, and takana mustard greens. Drain the soaked rice in a colander and place it in the rice cooker. Add the chopped ingredients and A, mix lightly, and cook.
[Grilling the chicken]
In a frying pan, add no oil and press the chicken skin side down to cook. To ensure the skin is well browned, press it down with a plate or something similar. Once browned, flip it over, and once cooked, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
[Making the sauce and fried eggs]
Mix all of B together to make the sauce. Add a small amount of oil and salt (not listed) to a frying pan and make soft-boiled fried eggs.
[Serving]
Once the rice is cooked, place it in a serving dish and top with the sliced chicken. Pour the sauce over it and top with a fried egg to complete the dish.
