Finely chop the Nozawana and finely chop the white onion. Cut the tofu into 12 equal pieces, drain the water and arrange on a heat-resistant plate

Heat a pot and add 1 teaspoon of salad oil (not included in the recipe), then fry the chopped white onions until fragrant. Add the Nozawana and dried small sardines and continue frying. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sake. Once the flavors have spread throughout, add the sesame oil to add flavor

Crack an egg into the center of (1) and microwave for about 1 minute

Once the eggs are half-cooked, sprinkle the Nozawana small sardines you fried earlier on top, then pour the mixed ingredients (A) over the dish and it's done
