Tofu and this aroma steamed
Cut the Nozawana into small pieces and finely chop the white onions. Cut the tofu into 12 equal parts, drain and arrange on a baking dish.
Heat the pot, blend in 1 tsp salad oil (not included) and fry the chopped white leeks to give it a aroma. Add the Nozawana and Chirimenjako and stir-fry more. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and sake. Once the flavor is spreading throughout, pour in sesame oil and add the aroma.
Crack the eggs in the center of [1]. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute.
Once the eggs are half-boiled, sprinkle the Nozawana jakko that you had fried earlier, then pour in the mixed [A] and it's finished.
