Steamed char siu and tofu
Slice the ginger and garlic into thin slices.
Cut the red chili pepper into small pieces.
Slice the tofu and arrange it on a baking dish.
Place thinly sliced char siu on top of the tofu.
Place the chopped ginger, garlic and chili peppers between the char siu.
Heat the combined sauce over the top and over in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
To finish off, sprinkle some small slices of white green onions and sprouts, and you're done.
